Completion of Edna May Gold Project Acquisition

Forrestania completed the Edna May acquisition, funded by A$210 million cash, 225 million shares and Tranche 2 placement proceeds.

Forrestania has completed the acquisition of the Edna May Gold Project, establishing a second Western Australian processing hub and strengthening its pathway to becoming a significant gold producer.

<ul><li>Completed the acquisition of the Edna May Gold Project from Ramelius Resources Limited.</li><li>Consideration comprised A$210 million in cash and 225 million Forrestania shares issued to Ramelius, valued at A$90 million.</li><li>Successfully completed Tranche 2 of the A$310 million placement, raising approximately A$215 million before costs following shareholder approval.</li><li>The acquisition gives Forrestania ownership of two strategic WA processing hubs at Edna May and Lake Johnston.</li><li>Forrestania is targeting combined milling capacity of more than six million tonnes per annum following refurbishment and recommissioning activities.</li></ul>
