Acquisition of Edna May Gold Project

Forrestania will acquire the Edna May Gold Hub for A$300 million, including a 2.9Mtpa mill and 945koz gold resource, pending approvals.

Forrestania Resources secures the Edna May Gold Project, expanding its portfolio and processing capacity with a major acquisition aimed at driving near-term gold production and long-term shareholder value.

<ul><li>Signed agreement to acquire 100% of the Edna May Gold Hub from Ramelius Resources for a total consideration of A$300 million (A$200m cash, A$100m in shares).</li><li>Acquisition includes a 2.9Mtpa processing mill, established infrastructure, and a 945koz JORC Gold Resource.</li><li>Strategic move complements Forrestania’s Lake Johnston hub and targets dual processing network with operational flexibility exceeding 6Mtpa in 1H 2027.</li><li>Intends to restart Edna May Mill in 1H 2027, initially supplied by Forrestania’s own Mineral Resources.</li><li>Capital raise underway to fund transaction, with transaction expected to complete in Q3 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.</li></ul>
